Quarete was founded in 2021 as an independent, non-partisan think tank in Kenya, born out of a recognition that sustainable national development requires not just bold ideas, but sound, evidence-based policy. A group of economists, governance experts, and enterprise practitioners came together with a shared vision: to bridge the gap between research, policy, and practice.
